Judith Jáuregui in Grenoble
The concert series Musée en Musique will welcome the pianist on Sunday 18th March, when she will play a recital concert to honour the figure of Eugène Delacroix, to whom the museum is playing tribute to in its latest exhibition.
Judith will begin her concert with the Variations in F minor Hob. VII/6 by Joseph Haydn – for whom the painter publicly declared his profound admiration – before playing works by two of his greatest friends, Ballade no. 2 in B minor of Franz Liszt and Ballade no. 1 Op. 23 and the Andante spianato et Grande Polonaise brillante, Op. 22 of Frédéric Chopin.
This exhibition will travel to the Louvre Museum in Paris in the coming weeks, and the concert will be played once more in what will be Judith’s debut in the French capital.
